Hiring Salary: 3800 - 4200
1. 负责西餐厅自助餐区域咖啡吧台的日常运营，包括咖啡制作、饮品服务及高峰期客流管理，确保服务效率与顾客体验；
2. 熟练执行意式咖啡萃取、拉花技艺及手冲咖啡流程，保障出品质量稳定，并参与创意饮品与网红产品的研发及推广；
3. 维护咖啡设备、原料库存及卫生标准，执行食品安全操作规范，及时处理服务中的突发问题；
4. 协助团队协作与服务培训，收集顾客反馈以优化产品结构；
5. 配合市场活动进行新品展示与推广，提升品牌吸引力与顾客满意度。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备2年以上西餐厅或咖啡馆工作经验，熟练掌握拉花技术及主流咖啡制作流程；
3. 有创意饮品开发经验，能参与网红产品设计与测试，熟悉自助餐服务模式者优先；
4. 持有SCA咖啡师基础认证或同类资质者优先，熟悉食品安全法规及服务标准；
5. 具备良好的服务意识、团队协作能力及抗压能力，能适应轮班及节假日工作安排。
