Audio-visual Technician

The AV Technician is responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all audio-visual (AV) equipment and systems throughout InterContinental Hua Hin Resort. This role ensures seamless technical support for meetings, conferences, weddings, events, and resort entertainment activities while delivering exceptional service to guests and internal stakeholders.

The AV Technician works closely with Sales, Events, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Engineering teams to ensure all audiovisual requirements are executed to the highest standards of luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.
