A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Prepare specialty coffee, beverages, and menu items according to quality standards. 
• Welcome guests, understand preferences, and provide personalized recommendations. 
• Maintain knowledge of coffee products, brewing techniques, and promotions. 
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment while ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards. 
• Monitor stock levels and support efficient operations. 
• Deliver exceptional service and respond professionally to guest feedback.

What we need from you

• Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a specialty coffee, café, or hotel environment. 
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage standards. 
• Passion for coffee with strong attention to detail and service excellence. 
• Good communication skills and a positive guest-focused attitude. 
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. 
• Barista or hospitality certification is an advantage.
