This role leads the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect the luxury standards of InterContinental Hua Hin Resort and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).

The Chef de Cuisine is accountable for menu development, food cost control, team leadership, culinary innovation, and compliance with food safety regulations while driving operational excellence and profitability.
