Chief Steward (Thai Nationality)
What You Will Do:
Lead & Inspire: Supervise, train, and motivate the stewarding team to ensure seamless daily operations and high morale.
Maintain Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across all kitchens and food preparation areas in compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP).
Asset Management: Manage the inventory, control, and distribution of chinaware, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment. Keep breakage and loss to an absolute minimum.
Chemical & Waste Control: Oversee the safe handling and correct dosage of cleaning chemicals, and manage eco-friendly waste disposal systems.
Collaborate: Work closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Director to support major banquets, events, and daily restaurant operations.
What We Are Looking For:
Nationality: Thai Nationality only.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a Stewarding supervisory or management role, preferably within a 4- or 5-star hotel or high-volume premium restaurant.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene standards, chemical safety, and HACCP, ISO 22000 protocols.
Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle flexible shift hours.
Language: Good command of spoken and written Thai; basic conversational English is an advantage.
