Your day to day

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As an F&B Manager you will leading from the front and guest service comes naturally to you. From employee performance development to guest satisfaction and engagement, you are focused on innovation and efficiencies. 

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Lead and oversee five food and beverage outlets including conferencing and banquets. Assisting and developing outlet managers to ensure profitable and thriving offerings.
• In tune with your team, you will drive performance and engagement and ensuring that they receive the right learning and development opportunities to maximize their performance and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop strong systems and processes within Food and Beverage for effective communication 
• Maintain strong visibility in the operations to support food and beverage teams and develop strong internal relationships. 

What we need from you

• Strong communication skills, ability to manage complex relationships and develop & manage a large team. 
• 4+ years leadership experience in a restaurant, bar or hotel environment 
• Flexibility to work a range of hours, which includes but is not limited to evenings, events & public holidays
