About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will support the daily operation of our food and beverage outlets, leading the team to deliver warm hospitality and memorable dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising daily service and coordinating team assignments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and handling requests and concerns promptly.
  • Briefing and coaching colleagues on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest engagement.
  • Coordinating with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Maintaining outlet cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Supporting stock control, billing accuracy, and responsible use of supplies.
  • Encouraging upselling and recommending food and beverages to enhance the guest experience.

About You:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of food and beverage experience in a hotel, including experience in a supervisory or team-leading role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and food safety practices.
  • Confidence in handling guest concerns and supporting colleagues during busy periods.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
