As Front Office Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the Front Office team, including managing staffing requirements, planning and assigning work, setting performance expectations, and coaching team members to achieve both individual and departmental goals.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Leading and developing the Front Office team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Driving departmental KPIs, including Guest Love scores, loyalty enrolments, upselling performance, room upsell revenue, response times, service recovery, and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Taking ownership of departmental financial targets by maximizing occupancy opportunities, increasing ADR through walk-ins and front desk upselling initiatives, and ensuring effective cost control.
  • Ensuring guests receive prompt, professional, and personalized service throughout their stay, while proactively engaging with guests to build relationships and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Acting as Manager on Duty when required and maintaining seamless hotel operations.
  • Overseeing Front Desk Agents, Duty Managers, Instant Service Agents, Bell/Valet and Transportation teams, while reporting directly to the Director of Rooms.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Rooms Division management.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Russian language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
