Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive room revenue, banquet sales, and corporate business for our hotel. The ideal candidate should possess strong networking skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and local businesses across Goa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Goa market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and key accounts.
  • Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, F&B outlets, and other hotel services.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and property presentations.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and rate agreements.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic sales reports.
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Goa hospitality and corporate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel sales systems/CRM tools.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Goa.
