This role serves as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring all calls, inquiries, requests, and messages are handled efficiently and in accordance with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) standards.

The Telephone Operator plays a critical role in creating positive guest experiences by providing accurate information, coordinating guest requests, and maintaining effective communication between guests and hotel departments.
