岗位职责：
1、负责酒店中餐厅日常运营管理，确保服务流程高效顺畅；
2、制定并执行餐饮服务标准，提升顾客满意度与用餐体验；
3、协调厨房与服务团队工作，保障出品质量与服务质量；
4、监督成本控制与物资管理，合理控制运营支出；
5、组织员工培训与绩效管理，提升团队专业能力与服务意识；
任职要求：
1、具备五星级酒店中餐厅运营管理经验，熟悉餐饮服务全流程；
2、具有较强的团队领导能力与沟通协调能力；
3、能够适应快节奏工作环境，具备良好的应变与问题解决能力；
4、注重服务细节，有较强的责任心与职业素养；
5、熟练使用办公软件及餐饮管理系统，具备基础数据分析能力；
