1、负责烹饪食物和分配的其他任务。
2、保持与饼房厨师长良好的沟通， 及时传达内部及顾客的意见和建议。
3、了解并遵守酒店或部门各项规定和程序。
4、保证食品的卫生、许可及安全标准是被了解并认同的。
5、注重质量，严格把好面点制作质量关。
6、协助厨师长拟定西点成本及控制毛利率。
7、根据员工特点搞好技术指导和业务培训。
8、完成厨师长交派的其他工作。
1、具有西饼房相关管理工作经验2年以上。
2、熟悉西式面点、面包制作，有一定的创新意识 。
