1. 协助负责公司年度培训计划的制定、组织实施与效果评估，覆盖新员工入职培训、业务技能提升、管理能力发展等多类项目；
2. 协助开展培训需求调研与分析，协同业务部门识别关键岗位能力短板，设计并交付定制化内训课程；
3. 辅助优化课程体系与学习平台（如LMS）应用，推动线上线下混合式学习落地；
1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、教育学、心理学、工商管理等相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年以上企业培训工作经验，其中至少1年独立负责中型以上培训项目全流程管理；
3. 具备良好的课程讲授能力与跨部门协作能力，可熟练使用Office办公软件及主流学习管理系统；
4. 具有TTT（培训师培训）、ADDIE或行动学习引导师等专业认证者优先。
