工程技工
岗位职责：
1.执行酒店设备的日常预防性及检修性维护工作；
2.掌握一定水平的业务知识，保证自己能够处理本部门所有业务领域的细小问题；
3.处理酒店所有类型的维修保养工作，包括酒店的新增扩建部分或酒店持有的其他资产；
4.维修并保养客房设施、灯光设施、家具及其他设备；
5.记录每日进行的服务工作，包括记录个别设备部件更换成本及时间/人工成本；
6.按照规定的时间执行设备维修计划；
8.处理酒店范围内的各类维修和保养工作，包括酒店的新增和延伸设施或由酒店提供维修保养的任何其他物业。
职位要求:
1、相关岗位工作经验2年以上；
2、具备有效的相关职业资格证书。
