Hiring Salary: 4500 - 5500
1、负责酒店各类设施设备的日常巡检、维护及保养工作，确保设备正常运行
2、及时处理工程部报修任务，包括水电、空调、管道等基础维修工作
3、协助完成酒店装修、改造等项目的现场施工监督与技术支持
4、定期检查消防系统、电梯等特种设备，做好安全运行记录
5、负责酒店节能降耗措施的落实与数据记录
6、配合部门完成应急预案演练及突发设备故障的抢修工作
备注：此岗位将会涉及苏州太湖皇冠假日酒店筹开及苏州太湖假日及智选假日酒店运营工作
1、具备电工、水暖、空调等基础维修技能，持有相关操作证者优先
2、熟悉常用维修工具的使用，能独立完成基础维修作业
3、工作认真负责，具备较强的安全意识和团队协作能力
4、能适应倒班工作制，具备处理突发情况的应变能力
5、有酒店工程维修经验者优先，无经验者可接受培训上岗
