1. 确保酒店各项日常行政工作有序落地，并严格贯彻执行各项行政制度与要求。
Ensure the orderly implementation of all daily administrative work of the hotel and strictly enforce relevant administrative systems and requirements.
2. 严守酒店规章制度，全面维护酒店机密信息的安全性与保密性。
Comply strictly with hotel regulations and fully maintain the security and confidentiality of hotel confidential information.
3. 全面履行总经理秘书岗位职责，协助制定会议日程，做好会前提醒、会务配合等相关工作。
Fully perform all duties of the General Manager’s Secretary, assist in formulating meeting schedules, and complete pre-meeting reminders and meeting coordination work.
4. 负责酒店行政晨会内容转录整理，精准记录总经理口述工作指示、部署及相关内容。
Be responsible for transcribing and sorting out the content of the hotel’s daily administrative morning meetings, and accurately recording the General Manager’s oral work instructions and arrangements.
5. 实时跟进掌握总经理行程安排，协助梳理日常事务，合理判断、统筹事务优先级。
Keep track of the General Manager’s daily schedule in real time, assist in sorting out daily affairs, and reasonably judge and prioritize work matters.
6. 高效、严谨完成总经理交办的其他各项临时性及常规性工作任务。
Efficiently and rigorously complete other temporary and routine tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficient in using Office software suite.
