1. 负责房务部门的整体运营与管理，确保客房、公共区域及后勤服务的日常运作顺畅。
2. 制定并执行房务部门的年度预算，有效控制成本，提高经济效益。
3. 监督客房清洁、布草更换、客房维护等标准流程的执行，确保服务质量达到酒店标准。
4. 管理房务团队，包括招聘、培训、绩效考核及员工激励，提升团队整体素质和服务水平。
5. 与其他部门（如前台、餐饮、工程等）紧密合作，协调解决跨部门问题，提升客户满意度。
6. 定期分析房务部门运营数据，提出改进建议，持续优化服务流程和客户体验。
7. 应对突发事件，如客户投诉、设备故障等，确保问题得到及时有效解决。
8. 关注行业动态，引入新的服务理念和技术，提升房务部门的竞争力。
1. 不限学历，但需具备丰富的房务管理或相关领域工作经验。
2. 至少10年及以上房务管理工作经验，有高端酒店或大型连锁酒店房务管理经验者优先。
3. 熟悉房务部门的运营流程和管理标准，具备出色的组织协调和团队管理能力。
4. 具备良好的财务意识，能够有效控制成本，提高部门经济效益。
5. 优秀的沟通能力和客户服务意识，能够妥善处理客户投诉和突发事件。
6. 具备较强的学习能力和创新意识，能够紧跟行业发展趋势，引入新的服务理念和技术。
7. 工作认真负责，具备良好的职业道德和团队合作精神。
