Hiring Salary: 4000 - 4500
1. 审核由每日各营业项目的收入报表、附件、报告及凭证。审核由总出纳准备的每日现金报告。
2. 整理单据，存档。查证取消单以及前一天的调整，保证这些记录被合适地保管及授权。
3. 准备每日收入报告。整理、审核房态及差异报告。
4. 对照所附账单、凭证、客人账单及报告，审计并平衡账目；每日核对石基客人账户。保证每日电脑系统平帐。
5. 整理付款及退款单据，保证其有效性并得到客人的授权。
6. 整理免费房报告。
7. 审核总出纳的每日现金报表并准备现金溢缺报告。
8. 至少每月一次在不通知掌管人、并有另一个财务人员在场的前提下，查验酒店备用金。
9. 完成月结
1. 大专及以上学历，会计学、财务管理等相关专业优先；
2. 具备1年及以上财务、审计或收入核算类岗位实务经验，熟悉酒店收入确认原则及基础财税政策；
3. 熟练使用Excel进行数据整理与分析，能高效处理批量单据核对任务；
4. 具备良好的逻辑思维能力与细节关注度，责任心强，能独立完成常规审计复核工作；
5. 持有初级会计职称者优先。
