Hiring Salary: 3500 - 4000
1. 负责酒店入口处宾客迎送、引导与咨询服务，提供专业、友善、高效的礼宾服务。
2. 协助办理访客登记、物品寄存、行李接送及交通信息指引等日常礼宾事务。
3. 熟悉周边地理环境与生活配套信息，主动为宾客提供餐饮、旅游、商务等个性化咨询与协助。
4. 配合处理突发情况，如宾客求助、秩序维护及跨部门协同支持，保障服务流程顺畅与客户体验。
1. 大专及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理、会展经济与管理、公共关系、商务礼仪等相关专业优先。
2. 具备良好的语言表达能力与沟通协调能力，普通话标准流利，具备基础英语听说能力者优先。
3. 形象气质佳，亲和力强，具备较强的服务意识、应变能力及团队协作精神。
4. 接受轮班制工作安排，能适应节假日及高峰时段工作节奏。
5. 无工作经验要求，欢迎优秀应届毕业生应聘；有实习经历或在校期间参与过大型活动接待、志愿服务者优先。
