1、负责餐饮部的各类餐具的清洁与补充工作，跟好所交办的工作事项，做好交接工作；
2、负责区域环境卫生情况，检查洗碗机等设施设备的安全运转状况，确保餐具符合清洁卫生规范要求；
3、确保各种操作用具和餐具有足够的仓库数量够日常运作所需，与各餐厅保持良好的沟通，提高工作效率；
4、负责督促环卫做好垃圾房和垃圾桶的清洁工作；
5、完成上级领导交办的其他工作事务。
1、有过同等岗位工作经验优先考虑，具备良好的沟通协调能力；
2、熟悉各种餐具用具的牌号、产地、特性及价格，懂得餐具用具的分类和保管方法；
3、熟悉各种洗涤剂和清洁剂的使用方法，熟悉常用的餐具洗涤设备及其操作方法，了解它们的维修保养方法。
