岗位职责:
1. 负责西厨房的日常运营与管理工作，确保出品高效有序；
2. 监督餐品制作流程，保障菜品质量与口味符合标准；
3. 协调厨房团队工作，优化厨房运作效率。
任职要求：
1. 具备良好的沟通能力与团队管理能力；
2. 熟悉西餐制作流程，有相关厨房管理经验者优先；
3. 工作认真负责，具备较强的责任心和抗压能力。
