Hiring Salary: 10000 - 12000
1. 全面负责公司采购体系的规划、建设与优化，统筹管理供应商开发、评估、准入、考核及退出全流程；
2. 主导年度采购策略制定与执行，包括成本分析、价格谈判、合同管理及供应链风险管控；
3. 组织实施各类采购项目，确保交付及时性、质量合规性与成本合理性；
4. 建立并维护合格供应商资源池，推动关键供应商战略合作，提升供应保障能力与响应效率；
5. 负责采购团队日常管理、业务指导与绩效考核，持续提升团队专业能力与协同效能。
1. 本科及以上学历；
2. 具备5年以上企业采购管理经验；
3. 熟悉采购全周期运作流程，精通供应商管理、招投标管理、合同法务及系统操作；
4. 具备较强的商务谈判能力、成本分析能力及跨部门协作能力，有成功主导年度降本项目或供应链优化案例者优先；
5. 具备良好的逻辑思维、数据分析能力和抗压能力，能适应多任务并行及阶段性高强度工作节奏。
