1、把运营预测转换成为物资需求计划，与各部门领导和管理层一起制定标准的存货和续订等级。
2、参与服务合同的谈判工作。
3、确定并建立可靠的供应渠道。
4、执行公司政策，为永续盘存物品确定并安排充足的存储空间。确定产品和重要物品以便将成本控制到最低。
5、制定适用的登记制度和派发程序。
6、防止存货的浪费，损坏和被盗。
7、在创新和价格方面不落后于市场。
8、处理部门的采购要求。
9、获取有竞争性的报价和投标。
10、确保按计划执行实地盘存工作。
11、将定单录入存货系统，并按收到的货物为收货方生成采购订单。
12、执行已批准的订单。
13、编制标准的采购规范。
14、确保产品和资源配送到正确的部门，并以此为依据派发账单。
15、监督酒店的印刷品供应商，确保物美价廉且能够按时交货。
16、和酒店行政总厨，餐饮经理和财务人员一起确保完成市场调查报告。
17、与上级一起制定人力资源规划和管理需求。
