1、拓展并维护北京市内奢华旅游机构客户资源，建立长期稳定的合作关系。
2、负责制定并执行针对高端旅游市场的销售策略，完成个人及团队销售指标。
3、深入挖掘客户需求，提供定制化宴会、会议、客房及餐饮服务方案，提升客户满意度与复购率。
4、及时跟进市场动态及竞争对手信息，分析行业趋势，调整销售计划以保持竞争优势。
5、协调内部各部门（如餐饮、客房、宴会等）确保服务交付质量，处理客户反馈及突发问题。
6、定期完成销售报告、客户拜访记录及业绩分析，向销售总监汇报工作进展。
1、具备出色的商务谈判能力与客户开发能力，有高端旅游行业资源者优先。
2、优秀的沟通协调能力，能高效对接不同文化背景的客户及内部团队。
3、具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能流畅使用英语进行商务谈判及文书处理。
4、熟悉五星级酒店销售流程及高端服务标准，有奢华酒店同岗位或相似岗位经验者优先。
5、具备较强的抗压能力与目标导向意识，能适应灵活的工作时间安排。
6、形象气质佳，拥有主动服务意识及高度的职业素养。
