能熟练的掌握和运用电脑
确保信息有效的传达到人，及时解决问题让客人满意，参加每日必须的会议等。
确保完成每日的任务，包括并不仅限于工作检查表所列的工作。
警惕商业竞争行为，并及时上报。
准确收取电话费用, 并管理酒店沟通系统，保证没有收入损失。
准备每日报告，分析服务质量保证客人百分之百满意。
1、拥有1年宾客服务或电话总机的工作经验。
2、熟练使用前台系统
3、能够读写英语
