1. 统筹管理餐厅日常运营，包括排班调度、服务质量监督及现场突发问题协调处理；
2. 指导并培训服务团队，落实服务标准与客户体验提升措施，定期组织服务流程优化与复盘；
3. 协同厨房、采购及财务部门，把控餐品出品时效、顾客满意度及成本执行情况，协助完成月度经营分析报告。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年以上中高端连锁餐饮或星级酒店餐饮服务一线管理经验，有独立带教5人以上团队经历；
3. 熟练掌握POS系统操作及基础数据报表分析，具备客户服务投诉处理、服务流程标准化落地及跨部门协作能力；
4. 具备良好的沟通表达与应变能力，能适应轮班制工作安排，无不良从业记录。
