【岗位职责】
1、陪同客人前往喜欢的餐台或预订的餐台，按餐厅标准安排客人就坐。
2、接听电话订位并按餐厅的规范在预订冊上记录。
3、按领位员的标准培训员工。
4、周到的为客人服务，并尽可能解决客人的投诉，向上级领到报告所有事件。
5、保持所有菜单和饮料单的清洁。协助饮料服务。协助食品服务。
6、对菜单有具体的了解，包括每日特价。
7、将顾客信息简洁清晰的转达给服务人员。
8、餐厅物资借用登记。
9、随时了解餐厅运营情况，协助管理人员完成餐桌分配工作。
10、了解当前酒店所有的活动。
1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先
2、形象气质佳，身高女160cm以上/男170cm以上，普通话标准，会粤语
3、具备良好的服务意识和沟通协调能力，
4、基础英语口语能力，能完成日常接待对话
