1、清楚地了解婚宴销售部目标和销售目标的设置；
2、 清楚地了解部门和个人销售目标；
3、监控销售奖励计划，及时了解个人业绩表现；
4、对所负责的市场区域不断深入开拓及挖掘 ,并将开拓结果向宴会销售总监汇报；
5、每周有效安排销售活动并追踪成果：按计划走访新老客户，宴请目标客户及安排酒店参观，跟进宴会反馈及落实部门改进，为酒店持续增加生意；
6、监控婚宴客人及大型活动的消费率， 向宴会销售总监建议应对措施，提高酒店销售收入；
7、执行高收益战略来优化业务成果；
8、确保对于竞争对手活动、市场信息、客户及行业信息的时时关注, 并在宴会销售总监的监控下更新销售策略，安排市场拓展、客户拜访等，确保对于潜在客户市场的全面覆盖，确保完成各项销售指标；
9、时时监控追踪所有宴会会议的预定状态， 减少丢单数量；
10、时时监控并预测宴会销售收入，及时采取措施，提高宴会签约成功率；
11、与客房销售部合作进行销售活动；
12、支持各种形式的交叉销售。
1.具有三年及三年以上婚宴销售岗位工作经验；
2.具备良好的中、英文读写能力；
3.工作细致、严谨，并具有战略前瞻性思维。
