1. 负责全日餐厅日常运营统筹，包括班次安排、人员调度及现场服务协调，确保服务流程顺畅、标准统一。
2. 指导并监督服务员执行迎宾、点单、上菜、结账等全流程服务，持续提升宾客用餐体验与满意度。
3. 主持餐前例会，传达当日运营重点、特殊客需及服务标准；及时处理现场突发状况及客户反馈，保障服务质量。
4. 协同厨房、酒水及后勤部门高效协作，跟进食材备货、餐具损耗及设备使用情况，落实成本管控与现场5S管理。
5. 参与新员工带教与在岗培训，协助制定服务技能提升计划，推动团队专业能力与服务意识持续成长。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、餐饮服务等相关专业优先。
2. 具备3年以上高端酒店或国际连锁餐饮品牌全日餐厅一线服务及基层管理经验，有领班或助理领班实绩者优先。
3. 熟悉西餐服务标准（如美式/欧陆式服务流程）、宴会接待规范及POS系统操作，具备基础酒水知识与菜单推介能力。
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、抗压能力与团队带动能力，能适应倒班制及节假日工作安排。
5. 普通话流利，具备基础英语听说能力，可应对外籍宾客常规服务场景。
