Lead the "Incubate in China" experimental engine. You own the end-to-end delivery of transformative, flagship AI applications, such as the "Agentic Digital-Twin Hotel" and AI-accelerated Hotel Development. You will pioneer a next-generation delivery model integrating Human + Agent workflows.
Your day to day
• Strategic AI Solutions Delivery
Pioneer autonomous operations in flagship digital-twin properties. Reimagine manual domains into anticipatory AI decision engines, specifically auto-generating staff schedules, enabling dynamic housekeeping rebalancing, and deploying predictive maintenance and HVAC optimization.
• Physical AI Execution Layer
Lead Physical AI initiatives, integrating autonomous robotics and ambient IoT sensors into hotel environments. Capitalize on China's deep robotics supply base to deploy physical AI. Lead the implementation of autonomous delivery, intelligent ambient room sensors, computer-vision for crowd-flow intelligence, and prepare a measured path for embodied intelligence.
• Lead the Human + Agent Workforce
Build and lead an agile, multi-disciplinary team. Actively integrate AI coding and testing agents as active participants alongside human engineers, creating a new paradigm for organizational velocity.
• AI-Powered Hotel Development
Build spatial rendering engines (e.g., Nano Banana) and GIS-based smart site selection algorithms that analyze local delivery/social data to output 10-year revenue projections and IRR, accelerating owner sign-offs and hotel development.
• Operational Security & Standards
Ensure all physical AI devices (cameras, robotics) and Digital Twin data streams comply with localized network security laws and PIPL. Ensure AI solutions integrate flawlessly with global legacy IT without causing operational disruptions.
What we need from you
• Education & Modern Tech Stack
5+ years of progressive tech experience with a proven track record (proven, not theoretical) of shipping complex AI/ML solutions. Proven track record of shipping large-scale, complex AI and ML solutions that generate measurable business value. Deep fluency in generative AI, multi-agent architectures, and the full stack from model to production monitoring. Deep fluency in multi-agent orchestration, Computer Vision (for crowd-flow analysis), and integrating AI with edge IoT/robotics.
• Hospitality Operations Acumen
Ability to translate complex operations (express check-in, housekeeping scheduling, HVAC energy optimization, predictive maintenance) into autonomous AI decision-making engines. Familiarity with Hospitality feasibility and ROI modeling.
• Security & Legacy Integration
Ensure all physical AI devices (cameras, sensors) comply with localized network security laws and PIPL. Expert at flawlessly integrating new AI solutions with global legacy IT (PMS, CRS) without causing operational disruptions.
• Compliance & Hospitality Know-How
Familiarity with integrating global legacy systems (CRS, PMS) with agile local digital ecosystems. Proven ability to architect systems that natively support strict data sovereignty and localization laws.
• Language & Certifications
Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal). Professional certifications such as Cloud and Agile PMP certificates.
