1. 协助餐饮总监全面管理餐饮部各餐厅、酒吧及宴会的日常运营、宾客体验与团队；
2. 参与编制部门年度预算与财务计划，监控并控制食品、酒水及人力成本；
3. 定期巡查前后场，监督服务与食品质量、日常维护与清洁，为同事提供专业环境与培训；
4. 与市场协作挖掘营收机会，策划并落地提升就餐体验的促销活动；
5. 按政府法规与品牌标准培训团队，管理排班、绩效与员工发展，处理员工矛盾；
6. 站在宾客视角分析需求、建立忠诚度，高效响应并解决投诉；
7. 管理本地餐饮市场营销计划，管控库存下限，维护信贷与财务交易安全。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、餐饮管理或相关专业；
2. 3 年以上高星级酒店餐饮管理经验，熟悉餐饮运营、服务艺术与厨房管理；
3. 具备财务管理基本知识，掌握成本控制、菜单工程与最新市场营销理念；
4. 良好的语言表达与英语会话、书写能力，能独立对接国际宾客与集团标准；
5. 具备人际沟通、团队领导与跨部门协调能力；
6. 国际联号工作经历优先，能适应高强度与节假日运营节奏。
