Hiring Salary: 2700 - 4000
1. 负责中餐厅日常运营统筹，包括餐前准备、现场服务调度、餐中协调及餐后收尾工作；
2. 指导并监督服务员执行标准化服务流程，确保顾客用餐体验一致、优质；
3. 处理现场客户咨询、意见与投诉，及时响应并妥善解决，维护餐厅服务口碑；
4. 协助经理完成排班管理、物料盘点、服务质量检查及基础运营数据记录；
5. 参与新员工带教与服务标准培训，推动团队服务意识与专业能力提升。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、餐饮服务等相关专业优先；
2. 具备1年以上中高端中餐厅一线服务经验，有领班或班组长实践经验者优先；
3. 熟悉中餐服务全流程及粤菜/川菜/本帮菜等主流菜系基本服务要点；
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、应变能力及团队协作意识，能承受高峰时段工作压力；
5. 普通话流利，具备基础英语会话能力，可应对外籍顾客基本服务需求。
