2.确保每餐的出品质量。
3.正确的使用、维护保养和及时报修厨房设备设施。
4.负责出品的卫生和安全。
5.配合管事员工清洁工作区域和设备。
6.根据原料的库存和使用情况，向厨房主管和厨师长提出采购的数量。
7.及时向厨房主管和厨师长反应员工就餐的情况。
8.需要有好的团队合作精神，共同完成并提高出品质量。
1.具有相关厨师工作经验，
2.态度积极善于学习、吃苦耐劳。
