1. 全面负责中厨房及宴会厨房的日常运营与管理，确保食品质量、口味与外观一贯稳定；
2. 主导中式菜品研发与创新，结合本地饮食文化与季节时令定期更新菜单、打造招牌菜；
3. 按洲际集团方针制定采购标准，精确核算并持续更新菜品成本，控制毛利率与损耗；
4. 统筹食材采购计划与库存，落实食品安全与厨房卫生规范，杜绝安全隐患；
5. 建设中厨团队，负责排班、培训、考核与激励，提升协作效率与专业技能；
6. 协同餐饮总监/行政总厨研发调整菜单，参与宴会及大型活动菜品设计与现场调度；
7. 收集宾客反馈，分析销量与口碑，持续优化菜品结构与口味。
1. 高中 / 中专及以上学历，或持有中式烹饪专业证书；
2. 3 年以上中餐行政总厨或同等管理经验，具备 5 年国际奢华酒店经验者优先；
3. 精通中餐各菜系烹饪技艺与菜品创新，具备菜单设计与成本核算能力；
4. 熟练使用采购系统与日常办公软件，具备订货、成本控制与库存管理知识；
5. 具备领导力、团队管理与培训技巧，富有创新意识与协作精神；
6. 能适应高强度、长时间工作环境，持有有效健康证及厨师资格证书。
