1. 筹客房部整体运营，涵盖客房、公共区域、洗衣房、布草、制服及后台区域。
2. 督导客房部人员，确保为客人和内部客户提供及时、礼貌的服务。
3. 监管洗衣房运作，制定并执行各区域例行检查计划。
4. 定期巡视客房及公共区域，确保家具、设施、设备清洁且维护良好。
5. 管理春季大清扫等专项计划，并就设施保养向总经理或代理人提出建议。
6. 与洗衣、工程、前厅、餐饮等部门保持沟通，确保信息畅通。
7. 与人力资源部协作，有效管理团队绩效，保持员工仪容、着装及行为标准。
8. 定期召开部门会议，在合理成本内确保清洁、保养及客用品供应达到高标准。
9. 监督外部承包商，确保合同合规。
10. 执行客房部健康安全程序，包括失物招领、钥匙管理、安全及应急程序。
1. 具备良好的沟通与写作能力，能代表酒店与顾客、员工及第三方有效交往。
2. 熟练使用微软办公软件。
3. 具备解决问题、组织协调及培训能力。
4. 具备较强的团队领导能力。
5. 最好拥有相似规模酒店4年客房或洗衣相关经验，含管理经验。
