1. 负责酒店中餐厅、西餐厅、大堂吧及宴会餐饮产品的销售推广，开拓企业客户、商务宴请及私人聚会等客源渠道。
2. 制定餐饮销售计划与目标，完成月度、季度及年度餐饮营收指标。
3. 为客户提供定制化餐饮方案，包括菜单搭配、场地布置、酒水选配及价格报价，促成订单签约。
4. 维护现有客户关系，定期回访并收集用餐反馈，提升客户复订率与转介绍率。
5. 协同厨房及服务团队，确保大型餐饮活动的出品质量与服务体验，提升客户满意度。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、市场营销、餐饮管理等相关专业优先。
2. 3-5年餐饮销售或高端餐饮服务经验，其中至少1年五星级酒店同等岗位经验，拥有本地企业客户资源者优先。
3. 熟悉中西餐菜品知识及酒水搭配，具备优秀的客户沟通与商务谈判能力。
4. 具备良好的市场敏锐度与客户服务意识，能承受业绩压力并完成销售目标。
