1. 统筹前厅部日常运作，确保服务与产品质量达标，提升宾客体验。
2. 督导前厅团队，力争最优入住率与平均房价，实现收益最大化。
3. 重点关注会员、常客及VIP接待，确保其获得特别礼遇与认可。
4. 推动店内销售及设施推广，监督前厅人员销售技巧执行。
5. 维护跨部门协作，保障对客服务顺畅衔接。
5. 负责所辖区域清洁、设施完好及定期巡检，确保符合标准。
6. 掌握信用政策并与财务部配合，分析报表、整编统计数据并核查房态。
7. 负责团队排班、培训督导及部门预算管理，与人力及财务部协作。
8. 负责前厅团队排班、培训督导与员工仪容规范，提升团队整体服务水平。
1. 具备良好的沟通与写作能力，能代表酒店与顾客、员工及第三方有效交往。
2. 熟练使用微软办公软件及前台系统。
3. 具备解决问题、组织协调及培训能力。
4. 具备较强的团队领导力及复杂关系管理能力。
5. 具有酒店行政管理、酒店管理或相关专业大专学历或专业证书。
6. 3年酒店宾客服务经验，含1年管理经验，或同等教育背景与相关经验组合。
