Guest Services Center Trainee 宾客服务中心实习生

Job Responsibilities：
1 Assist in daily operations of the Guest Services Center, including answering phone calls, registering guest information, responding to inquiries, and handling routine administrative tasks;
2 Support front-desk reception, room coordination, and initial response to guest complaints to ensure smooth service delivery;
3 Participate in departmental training programs and rotational assignments to systematically learn hotel service standards, customer relationship management, and emergency response procedures.

工作职责：
1 协助宾客服务中心日常运营，包括电话接听、信息登记、咨询解答及基础事务处理；
2 支持前台接待、客房协调、投诉初步响应等一线服务工作，确保服务流程顺畅；
3 参与部门内部培训与轮岗实践，系统学习酒店服务标准、客户关系管理及应急处理流程。

Qualification:
1 Currently enrolled in a full-time diploma or higher program, graduating in 2027; majors such as Tourism Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or Business English are preferred;
2 Proficient in Mandarin with solid basic English communication skills, capable of supporting bilingual service scenarios;
3 Strong service orientation, friendly and patient disposition, with good learning agility and teamwork capability;
4 Available for a continuous internship of at least 6 months, with a minimum commitment of 5 days per week, flexible to shift scheduling.

任职资格：
1 全日制大专及以上学历在读学生，2027年毕业；旅游管理、酒店管理、工商管理、商务英语或相关专业优先；
2 普通话流利，具备扎实的基础英语沟通能力，能胜任双语服务场景；
3 服务意识强，性格亲和、耐心细致，学习能力强，具备良好的团队协作精神；
4可保证连续6个月及以上实习期，每周出勤不少于5天，能适应轮班安排。
