Your day to day
岗位职责
1. HR 系统日常维护与数据管理
• 负责 HR 相关系统的基础信息维护
• 定期检查系统数据的完整性和准确性，协助进行数据清理与校验
2. 系统问题跟踪与供应商对接
• 收集并记录系统用户在使用过程中遇到的问题和需求
• 协助与系统供应商沟通，跟进问题解决进度，并及时向内部用户反馈
• 工单全程闭环跟进，主动沉淀标准化处理规范
3. HR 数据整理、分析及可视化支持
• 从多个 HR 系统中导出并汇总数据，进行基础的数据整理与分析
• 支持制作常规 HR 报表及 Dashboard，为 HR 团队和管理层提供数据支持
4. HR 系统项目支持
• 参与 HR 系统相关项目（如系统升级、功能优化、新模块上线等）
• 协助项目经理进行项目协调工作，包括会议安排、文档整理、进度跟踪等
5. 系统使用支持与文档整理
• 协助整理系统操作指引、FAQ 或用户培训材料
• 在项目或系统上线阶段，为 HR 团队或业务用户提供基础支持
What we need from you
基本要求
• 专科及以上学历，人力资源、计算机、信息管理、数据分析、商科或相关专业优先
• 0–2 年相关工作经验，欢迎优秀应届生或转岗型候选人
• 对 HR 系统、数字化工具或数据分析有兴趣，愿意长期在 HR Tech 方向发展
• 具备基本的英文读写能力，能够支持日常系统相关文档阅读及邮件沟通技能要求，口语不作要求，但口语好可作为加分项。
• 熟练使用 Excel（如 VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP、Pivot Table 等），PPT
• 基础的数据敏感度，能理解数据逻辑，细心、有耐心
加分项（非必须）
• 有 HR 系统（HRIS / ATS / LMS / Talent 系统等）使用或实施经验
• 有系统测试、用户支持或供应商沟通经验
• 有 Power BI、Tableau 或其他 BI 工具经验者优先
软技能
• 责任心强，细心严谨，适配重复标准化事务
• 良好的沟通能力，能与 HR、IT、供应商等多方协作
• 心态稳定抗压，条理清晰，可并行处理多类用户问题
• 学习适应力强，快速上手各类新系统工具
