1. 协助财务总监统筹酒店财务管理工作，落实会计与财务管控要求。
2. 负责日常财务核算、报表编制及财务分析，确保数据准确及时。
3. 协助财务总监向向总经理及管理团队提供财务分析、建议与专业支持，支持经营决策。
4. 协助编制预算并监控执行，跟踪成本费用，推动降本增效。
5. 持续完善财务核算与内控流程，提升酒店财务质量。
6. 作为部门管理团队成员，为其他部门提供财务专业支持与协作。
7. 负责与业主、税务及相关部门的沟通协调，维护良好外部关系。
8. 协助财务总监开展团队管理与人才培养，提升财务团队专业能力。
1. 财务、会计等相关专业大专以上学历，持有会计从业资格。
2. 具备一定的管理、沟通、协调能力及团队协作意识。
3. 熟练掌握酒店会计基本理论及实际工作知识。
4. 熟悉酒店成本控制方法，了解酒店物资消耗基本情况。
5. 具备3年以上酒店财务相关工作经验，有同岗位经验者优先。
6. 熟练使用财务软件及办公软件，具备良好的数据分析能力。
7. 熟悉国家财税法规，具备与税务等相关部门沟通协调经验者优先。
