Hiring Salary: 7000 - 10000
1. 负责会务团队的线索转化、报价与合同签署，管理客户档案与宴会销售协议；
2. 统筹活动落地，作为客户与酒店内部的单一对接人，确保订单及时传递至相关部门；
3. 运用销售数据界定目标客户与政府部门，制定有效销售策略以扩大市场份额；
4. 发展并维护会议策划者、旅行社、航空公司、企业及政府等合作伙伴关系；
5. 及时与运营部门沟通，筹备业务招标，评估市场销售数据并协助活动效果评估；
6. 分析销售结构与对酒店目标的影响，跟进会后结算与客户满意度复盘。
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、市场营销或相关专业；
2. 2 年以上高星级酒店会务 / 宴会销售经验，有婚礼及高端私享活动统筹专长；
3. 熟悉婚宴全流程（场地、菜单、布置、流程、住宿统筹），具备较强的方案策划与谈判能力；
4. 拥有本地婚庆 / 高端客户资源者优先，具备良好的客诉处理与客情维护能力；
5. 英语良好，熟练使用办公软件与酒店销售系统（PMS / CRM）；
6. 服务意识强，能适应周末及节假日婚礼档期工作。
