Your day to day
• Lead end‑to‑end IT procurement sourcing cycles including requirement gathering, RFP/RFQ issuance, vendor evaluation, negotiation, contracting and IT service engagements
• Manage vendor performance , business reviews, risk assessment and vendor issue resolution for assigned IT supplier portfolio
• Drive IT spend cost reduction, cost avoidance and value‑saving initiatives; conduct spend analysis and benchmarking for IT category
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with IT category project timelines and business requirements
• Ensure full compliance with corporate procurement policy, financial approval matrix, legal review and internal control requirements
• Provide interim local coordination for the Wuhan shared service center until a formal site lead is appointed, including escalation support, operating rhythm, onboarding visibility and colleague feedback loops
What we need from you
• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in IT procurement activities.
• Strong ability in procurement strategy development
• In-depth understanding of the market, inc. but not limited to market trends, drivers and key players on IT category
• Communication with Impact and partnership spirit
• Experienced in Project, Process and Supplier Management
• Familiar with RFx, e-Procurement system and e-Bidding tools
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
• Team spirit and self-motivation
• Local coordination and escalation judgment in a matrix organization
• Team engagement and cultural fluency across local, global and matrix ways of working
