招聘薪资： 4000-5500
1. 协助财务总监统筹会计核算、税务、资金与财务报告，保障合规与准确；
2. 提供业务支持分析，将财务数据转化为运营洞察，赋能各部门管理决策；
3. 完善内控制度与合规体系，防范财务与经营风险；
4. 管理部门预算编制、滚动预测与报表，对接内外部审计；
5. 监控成本与现金流，支持采购、库存与收益管理的财务管控；
6. 主导或协同薪酬、出纳、总账等模块运作，提升财务共享与效率；
7. 参与酒店重大经营分析与投资/翻新等项目的财务评估。
1. 大专及以上学历，财务、会计、人力资源或相关专业；
2. 1–3 年以上薪酬核算或出纳工作经验，高星级酒店经验优先；
3. 熟悉国家劳动法规、薪酬税务政策、社保公积金及银行结算业务；
4. 熟练使用 Excel、财务软件，能独立完成账务处理；
5. 工作严谨细致，具备较强保密意识、沟通协调与多任务处理能力；
6. 能适应酒店行业工作节奏，持有有效健康证者优先。
