Your day to day
• Assist and provide the developers with detail and analytical assessment of potential Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Even, Atwell, Garner projects pertaining to compliance with IHG brand standards and specifications.
• Prepare Property Improvement Plans (PIP) for conversion and contract renewal projects to include on-site evaluations, technical assistance to owners and consultants to ensure compliance with IHG standards and cost/operational efficiency.
• AI solutions for the future
• Assistance with Hotel product R&D for essential brands (including Holiday Inn,Holiday Inn Express, Even, Atwell, Garner)
What we need from you
• Bachelor’s degree of architecture/interior design is a must
• More than 3 years of hotel project design or design management experience.
• Experience working in well-known design or hotel management companies.
• In-depth understanding of the hotel design industry
• Possess the ability to collaborate with multiple department teams.
• Proficient in relevant office software. Proficient in CAD and SketchUp software.
• Proficient in relevant AI software preferred.
