全面负责酒店水疗中心及健身中心的日常运营管理确保服务标准符合五星级酒店品牌要求。
制定并执行水疗与健身部门的营销策略，推动会员招新、套餐销售及客户留存，达成收入目标。
监督并培训理疗师、健身教练及前台服务团队，提升专业技能与服务质量，确保客户满意度。
定期检查水疗设备、健身器材及环境设施，维护清洁与安全，协调工程部门进行维修保养。
开发及优化水疗护理项目、团体课程及个性化健康计划，满足不同客户需求，提升市场竞争力。
建立并维护客户档案，处理客户投诉与建议，通过反馈持续改进服务流程。
监控部门成本，包括产品库存、人力支出及耗材使用，确保运营效益最大化。
与酒店其他部门(如客房、餐饮、销售)协作，设计跨界产品及促销活动，提升整体宾客体验。
具备较强的领导力与团队管理能力，能有效激励下属并营造积极的工作氛围。
优秀的沟通技巧及客户服务意识，能够妥善处理各类宾客需求及突发事件。
熟悉水疗、健身行业运营标准及健康安全法规，具备基础财务分析及预算编制能力。
