【岗位职责】
1、负责根据客人需求，及时、准确地递送客房内所需用品（如毛巾、洗漱用品、茶饮、加床等），确保服务响应效率。
2、协助客房部做好楼层物资的补充与调配，保持工作区域整洁有序。
3、在递送过程中主动问候客人，耐心解答简单问询，展现专业热情的服务态度。
4、正确使用对讲机或工作系统，及时完成上级下达的递送任务及临时性物品配送。
5、发现客房公共区域异常情况（如设备故障、卫生问题等）立即上报。
6、配合完成部门安排的班次轮换及团队协作任务。
