Future Leader Aspire participants will rotate through each hotel department and complete online learning, understanding the broader hotel eco-system and drivers that impact financial performance, colleague engagement and the guest experience. They will be delegated responsibilities and duties as part of their programme’s rotation in the chosen area of specialization.

Possess basic level of English language (written and spoken)

You’ll have the right to work – residency permit or passport

Have a hospitality degree from college or bachelor’s degree and 6 months hospitality experience including internship (supervisory preferred)
