Main Responsibilities

A Club Lounge Supervisor oversees both guest experience and lounge operations.

1. Guest Service

  • Welcome and assist VIP or executive guests

  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements

  • Ensure personalized and high-quality service

2. Lounge Operations

  • Supervise daily lounge activities (breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails)

  • Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and service standards

  • Ensure food and beverage items are properly displayed and replenished

3. Staff Supervision

  • Lead and train lounge attendants

  • Create staff schedules

  • Monitor staff performance and service quality

4. Coordination with Hotel Departments

  • Work with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams

  • Ensure VIP guest preferences are communicated and prepared

5. Inventory & Reporting

  • Monitor lounge supplies and stock levels

  • Prepare daily reports for management
