Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the hotels’ Sales & Marketing strategy across luxury leisure, corporate, MICE, wholesale, consortia and residences.
- Lead the hotels’ relationships across the major Luxury Consortia platforms, including Virtuoso, Signature, American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts, Chase Bank and Capital One.
- Bring extensive wholesale expertise across global markets.
- Lead brand, marketing, PR and campaign strategy end-to-end, building storytelling that sets the hotel apart in a crowded luxury market.
- Represent the Kimpton and Vignette Collection at international trade shows, client meetings and industry platforms.
- Lead, mentor and grow a talented, high-performing Sales & Marketing team.
 

Qualifications:
- 8–10+ years of progressive Sales & Marketing leadership in international luxury hospitality, including several years at Director level or above.
- Demonstrate, currently active relationships within the Luxury Consortia ecosystem.
- Genuine marketing, PR and digital leadership experience, not just a sales background.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience owning budgets, forecasts and RFP strategy.
- An established global network across luxury source markets, corporates, advisors and DMCs.
- Executive presence and the confidence to represent the hotel at the highest levels.
