Commis Chef 厨师

•Under the leadership of the head chef, various dishes are prepared in accordance with the recipe regulations, ensuring the quality of the final products.
在厨师长的领导下，按菜式规定，烹制各种菜式，保证出品质量；
•Be familiar with the names, origins, characteristics, prices, production rates, and peak/low seasons of various raw materials. Assist the head chef in checking that the purchased supplies are fresh, of good quality, and in the correct quantity, meeting the required standards. If any issues are identified, report them to the supervisor promptly.
熟悉各种原材料的名称、产地、特点、价格、起成率、淡旺季，协助厨师长检查购进货源的鲜活、质量、数量必须符合要求，发现问题，及时向主管汇报

•Have a strong sense of teamwork and excellent internal communication and coordination skills;
有良好的团队协作意识、良好的内部沟通协调能力；
•Having relevant work experience in the position
